How do I download the design?
Due to UK tax laws, instant downloads come with additional charges and reporting for VAT purposes. Therefore currently, all paid for files will be sent manually via email as soon as we are able. We check frequently throughout the day so shouldn't keep you waiting long. However, if you have not received your email within 24 hours then please contact us so we can resend the file.
All free files are available for instant download as compressed zip files. If you require a non-zipped version then please email us.
What Format Will My File Be Sent As?
Your can choose the file type you require in the drop down box on purchasing. If you have selected the wrong file type, please contact us. We are not able to provide refunds due to problems with use of third party software you may be using to convert files.
Which Thread Chart Do You Use?
All of our designs have been made using the 61Â Brother Embroidery thread colours.
What Are The Copyright Restrictions?
Purchasing our embroidery designs gives you a license to stitch out, on an embroidery machine, the designs for personal use, sale for profit or as a gift. However, the only exception is that you may not use these designs to create sew-on or iron-on patches for sale on any online marketplace such as ebay, amazon or etsy. This remains the exclusive right for Sewing Bee Fabrics only.
All of our designs have been created digitally here at Sewing Bee Fabrics. At all times ownership of the design remains property of Sewing Bee Fabrics and therefore you are not permitted to sell, trade, share or distribute in any other manner the digital embroidery design. If you wish to share designs with your friends and family, please send them to our website to purchase their own license or download their own free version. Feel free to edit the designs as much as you like, but be aware that any edited versions remain under the same copyright restrictions as the original design and therefore you cannot sell, share or distribute it.
