Can I return my items?

Under distance selling regulations you may return any items you are not happy with.

If you are simply returning an item you do not like, or you have changed your mind then this must be returned in the condition it was dispatched in. No cuts, markings, drawings or any alterations at all otherwise your return may not be accepted.

Under this returns condition, the buyer will need to pay for the return postage of the items themselves. We suggest using a service that will give adequate cover should your item go missing in the post.

Once we have received your items we will refund the cost that the items were purchased for (upon satisfactory inspection). We regret that any additional shipping charges that may have been incurred cannot be refunded under these circumstances.

Can I exchange my item for another?

You can indeed exchange your items for others. You will need to return your items that you wish to exchange in the same manor as stated above. We will refund you the cost of the items you have returned. You are then free to purchase the items you want to in the normal way of using the store and your shopping cart. If exchange items are of the same value and the exchange is agreed with us by email, we will just send your exchange out without going through the shop.

My items is damaged, what do I do?

In the unfortunate circumstance that your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify this situation as soon as possible. Any photos you can send of the item and packaging will be a great help. In most cases we will do 1 of 3 things.

1. We may ask you to return the items so that we can inspect the damage and send these to either the postal company used or manufacturer (your postage will be refunded as soon as the item arrives with us). You can then either ask for a refund or a new item sent out.

2. We may refund you the cost of the item without asking for the original to be returned.

3. We may send a replacement item out to you without asking for the original to be returned.
